التضامن الاجتماعي تُطلق مجموعات تدريبية في الحوكمة ومكافحة الفساد

تحت رعاية الدكتورة مايا مرسي، وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي، أطلقت وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي مجموعات تدريبية في مجال الحوكمة ومكافحة الفساد، مستهدفةً قيادات الأمانة العامة للوزارة، ومديري مديريات التضامن الاجتماعي، وذلك ضمن مشروع “تعزيز القدرات المؤسسية والبشرية لوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي”، الذي تنفذه الوزارة بالتعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP) وبدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي، وبالتعاون مع الأكاديمية الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد التابعة لهيئة الرقابة الإدارية.
ويأتي تنفيذ البرنامج في إطار حرص وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي على تعزيز القدرات المؤسسية والقيادية للعاملين بها، وترسيخ مبادئ الحوكمة والشفافية والنزاهة، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، ودعم جهود الوزارة في تطوير بيئة العمل وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.
وعقدت فعاليات البرنامج بمقر الأكاديمية الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد التابعة لهيئة الرقابة الإدارية، في إطار التعاون المؤسسي بين الوزارة والأكاديمية، للاستفادة من خبراتها المتخصصة في إعداد وتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية في مجالات الحوكمة ومكافحة الفساد، وبناء قدرات القيادات الحكومية وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات الوطنية والدولية.
ويتضمن البرنامج عددًا من المحاور المتخصصة، تشمل الاستراتيجية الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد وآليات تنفيذها ومتابعتها، وإجراءات مكافحة الفساد، ودور وحدات الحوكمة بالجهات الحكومية، ومهارات إعداد وكتابة التقارير، وأمن المعلومات وحماية البيانات الشخصية، بما يعزز قدرات المشاركين على تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة والشفافية والنزاهة، ويرفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، ويدعم جهود الدولة في تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد.
وسيتم تنفيذ 8 دورات تدريبية تستهدف تأهيل 260 موظفًا من قيادات الوزارة، ومديري مديريات التضامن الاجتماعي، والوكلاء، والعاملين بديوان عام الوزارة والجهات التابعة، وذلك في إطار جهود الوزارة لبناء كوادر قيادية قادرة على ترسيخ مبادئ الحوكمة والشفافية والنزاهة، وتعزيز كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، ودعم جهود الدولة في تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد.

Ministry of Social Solidarity Launches Governance and Anti-Corruption Training Programme to Strengthen Institutional and Leadership Capacities
Under the patronage of Dr. Maya Morsy, Minister of Social Solidarity, the Ministry of Social Solidarity has launched a series of training programmes on governance and anti-corruption, targeting senior officials from the Ministry’s General Secretariat and Directors of the Social Solidarity Directorates. The training programme is being implemented under the “Strengthening Institutional and Human Resources Capacities of the Ministry of Social Solidarity” project, which is implemented by the Ministry in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and funded by the European Union, in collaboration with the National Academy for Anti-Corruption of the Administrative Control Authority.
The programme reflects the Ministry’s commitment to strengthening the institutional and leadership capacities of its workforce while promoting the principles of governance, transparency, and integrity. It aims to enhance institutional performance and support the Ministry’s efforts to improve the working environment and the quality of services provided to citizens.
The training sessions are being conducted at the National Academy for Anti-Corruption of the Administrative Control Authority as part of the institutional partnership between the Ministry and the Academy. This collaboration draws on the Academy’s specialized expertise in designing and delivering training programmes in governance and anti-corruption, while building the capacities of government leaders in line with national and international best practices.
The programme covers a range of specialized topics, including the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and its implementation and monitoring mechanisms, anti-corruption measures, the role of governance units within government institutions, report writing skills, information security, and personal data protection. These topics are designed to strengthen participants’ ability to apply the principles of governance, transparency, and integrity, enhance institutional performance, and support the implementation of Egypt’s National Anti-Corruption Strategy.
A total of eight training courses will be delivered, benefiting 260 participants, including Ministry leadership, Directors of the Social Solidarity Directorates, Undersecretaries, and staff from the Ministry’s headquarters and affiliated entities. The programme forms part of the Ministry’s broader efforts to develop a cadre of capable leaders who can institutionalize the principles of governance, transparency, and integrity, strengthen institutional efficiency, and support the State’s efforts to implement the National Anti-Corruption Strategy.
